  1. Short Sales do sell for market value ;) preventing more foreclosures! This is a good deal for the near by home owners as the price per sqft is high. The home looks to have some un permitted additions to it (assuming un-permited due to the county records not having the updated sqfage) but really great upgrades so the buyer got a great deal as well! Guessing it was originally the La Pareja model or the El Nido model prior to adding the back game room.
